Helping Teens Build Emotional Strength & Resilience
Being a teenager can be overwhelming—balancing school, friendships, family expectations, and emotions all at once. If your teen struggles with intense emotions, impulsive behavior, anxiety, depression, or self-harm, our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group can help.
This structured group teaches practical skills to help teens manage emotions, improve relationships, and make healthier choices in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals regulate emotions, cope with distress, and navigate relationships effectively. Originally developed for individuals with high emotional sensitivity, DBT has been proven effective for teens dealing with mood swings, impulsivity, anxiety, self-harm, and depression.
