Our Postpartum Therapy Group offers a safe and supportive space where new moms can share their experiences, receive professional guidance, and find a sense of community.
What is the Postpartum Therapy Group?
This group is designed for mothers who are navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of the postpartum period. Whether you’re experiencing postpartum depression (PPD), anxiety, birth trauma, or simply the stress of adjusting to new motherhood, this group provides compassionate support and effective coping strategies in a non-judgmental environment.

Who Should Join?
This group is for new mothers (up to 1 year postpartum) who may be experiencing:
✔ Postpartum depression (PPD) or baby blues
✔ Postpartum anxiety or panic attacks
✔ Birth trauma or difficult labor experiences
✔ Feelings of isolation or lack of support
✔ Relationship or identity challenges after childbirth
✔ Stress, overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to motherhood
Babies (under 6 months) are welcome!

📍 Where: Sana Therapy Office in SF and virtually in CA
